What type of conferencing is right for you?
March 28, 2017
There are three major types of conferencing tools that we offer here at GAN Conferencing, so the big question is, which one is right for your business? Well that depends on a few things. Do your presentations typically have a visual element to them? How many people do you think will be attending the conference? These are just a few of the questions you should be asking when you choose which type of conferencing to go with. Below are the advantages to each conferencing service we offer so that you can make an informed decision on which service is right for your business.
Web Conferencing-Quick Visuals Pro:
Quick Visuals Pro is great if your conferences have a large visual component to them. QV Pro allows you to upload all of your important documents into the presentation so that they are ready for viewing, rather than using screen share and searching your computer for the right folder. QV Pro is also great because it allows users to either dial in with the phone for audio or use the microphone and speakers on a computer. This flexibility allows everyone to participate in the conference even if they are not in front of a phone when the meeting is going on.
Unassisted Audio Conferencing-Quick Connect:
Quick Connect is fantastic for meetings that need to take place at a moment’s notice. Anytime that you need to have a conference, Quick Connect is ready to go. It is completely reservationless, so you do not need to give us advance notice of your conferences. Quick Connect can handle up to 400 person calls, so meeting size will not be a problem. This makes Quick Connect great for internal meetings because of how quickly you can get your conference up and running.
Operator Assisted Audio Conferencing-Quick Assist:
Quick Assist is great for large conferences such as lender updates, quarterly updates, and large announcements. Quick Assist allows for a very professional experience thanks to the wonderful operators that will assist on your call. This insures that everything will go smoothly with your call. We also give you the option of having a recording of the conference up for two weeks so that anyone who missed the call can dial in later and get all of the information that they need. Our operators will also lead a Q&A session for your call if there is a need for it.
