Doing fun activities that get your employees up and moving is not only a great change of pace but will also improve their overall health. With that in mind, here are a few activities that you can use to get your employees up and moving.
Blind Obstacle Course: Break people into teams of 2 and blindfold one of them. The other person has to verbally lead them though an obstacle course. This is a great game for building trust between coworkers. It is also an awesome way to see who works well together.
Frisbee Golf: Frisbee Golf is a great team builder because going to courses has no cost. It is a great way to get everyone up and moving and is a great way to boost morale around the office. You could even tie it into sales rewards so that the person with the most sales gets to play a round with the boss on a Friday afternoon.
Beanbag Toss: Getting people out on a Friday afternoon to throw some bags is a great way to reward your employees. The best part is that you can just set it up in your parking lot so you do not even have to go anywhere.
