Scheduling a Conference
1. Schedule your conference by visiting quickvisuals.ganconference.com. Under the My Meetings tab click on Add a Meeting.
2. Select the Meeting Options you want for your meeting and click on the Submit button.
Regardless if a meeting is scheduled or not, you can start a meeting anytime and as often as you want.
Inviting Participants to Your Conference
1.Invite participants to your conference by visiting quickvisuals.ganconference.com. Click on the Invite icon next to the Meeting name under the My Meetings tab.
2. Enter the email addresses of the participants you want to invite.
You may also send the invitation with your default email application by clicking the Open My Email button.

Well now we have a new software that can cater to our conferencing needs. One thing makes my mind go bonkers is how do we know which of these softwares is reliable. Usually some softwares' security is quite pathetic, a number of conference meetings' details have been leaked out.
