My name is Dave Hatfield and I will be taking over as the primary Account Manager for GANC. I know many of you had a great relationship with Dan Ripperden. I had the privilege of working and becoming friends with Dan over the past four years. Dan was the kind of person that you look forward to working with everyday. He had a great sense of humor and was simply a person you wanted to talk to. He will be greatly missed by all of us.
I will be doing my absolute best to pick up where Dan left off and continue the high standards that he set in place. To give you an idea of my background, I have been with GAN Conferencing for the past five years. I have worked both on the client services side as well as on the operations side. My focus has always been on giving the best customer service possible and using my experience to help guide people to get the most out of our products.
