This weekend I went and took my daughter down to a yet another University tour. Luckily there were no major events that occurred like last time. She loved this University by the way, and I did as well. I'm pretty sure this is where she will spend the next four years after graduation.
What made this tour better than some of the other ones we went on? The University we feel is better, but the entire tour was more comfortable, more informative, and more impressive than any other we have been on. Have you ever felt that way after a WebConference? Some just are more comfortable, regardless of the information they are discussing.
This tour held our hand the entire way. There was really nothing for us to do or figure out on our own. They were in complete control and we were comfortable that they were showing us everything we would want to see. We saw a PowerPoint on a large screen, Met the faculty who came to the presenting room, along with some upper upperclassmen, and a guided tour of the campus was well laid out. We didn't have to worry about anything but to just take it all in.
With QuickVisuals, you can give the same comfortable feeling to your attendees. QuickVisuals lets you be in complete control of what your attendees are seeing and hearing. They don't have to worry about the technology and can just take in your content. You control the phone line, the screen resolution, the transfer of information and multimedia. Everything is in control by you.
At the end of a QuickVisuals webconference, your audience will be thinking about your content that you presented, because you took care of them every step of the way. They didn't have to install anything, or mess with their computer configuration during the presentation and felt comfortable with the meeting, and with the organization that just took care of them.
I'm sure my daughter will love her new home for the next 4 years and I'm confident they will take good care of her there. It will still be hard for her mother and me to see her go, but I feel a little better about it now, than I did last week.
